On 7/26/24, PV Hospital District received information from Athenahealth regarding Medlytix who is "a customer whose data was involved in the Change Healthcare security incident initially discovered on February 21, 2024. The Notice does not explicitly identify impacted patients, so we are sharing its contents with our covered entity clients whose data was processed by Medlytix within the security incident window for completeness and out of an abundance of caution."
Change Healthcare will be "sending written letter to affected individuals for which Change Healthcare has a sufficient address beginning in late July." For more information please see:
